Product Engineer

Salam people.

Today, i just want to share something.

it's for those who is interested to apply for position as process or product engineer.

sometimes, you just don't know what are the differences.

i myself too, not really sure about this.

i thought it's the same but actually it's not.

so, for a simple sharing.

i asked my cousie, who is an electrical engineer to explain.

ya. anything related to so called guyswork is to refer to him.

so.. basically, an product engineer is an engineer who DESIGNS and IMPROVES ENGINEERING PRODUCTS for MARKETABILITY. these professionals have combined background in MARKETING, SALES and ENGINEERING. *lupak da curik dari mana ni..habesla...*

when i read this. what came across my mind was House of Quality.yes. we categorize the specs, and take account of what clients demand for.

which to me, this is really related to ITM.

so i refer to our Legeng eh Legend of ITM,

"Dia kena deal dengan product development include material, packaging etc. Sometimes need to improve existing product." (Ahmad Nazif Noor Kamar, Mei, 2013)

so, i guess this helps my coursemates in applying new jobs especially in jobstreet.

sometimes you just don't know what is the specs.
