Farewell baby Tal, Hello baby Vito

A post dedicated to baby H - Mr TAL..

Tal has been serving Mr J for 3 years, and additional of 7 years, previously ( Approximately) with Mr J's sister. After years of his service, Mr J ought to give him up for better. Tal has been sick for the past 2 years and gave his daddy a real headache. The peak of his agony struck this year, due to the wiring problem in the alarm which shut down the whole car's system. I guessed the worst part was after his graduation ceremony where Tal breakdown in front of his families.

I can really understand his disappointment with breakdowns and more expenses incurred to get the car fixed. I know how much he loved Tal and I must say he was really strong to come up with the decision to let him go.

Tal had served him a lot, not forgetting me, ku big, and my parents too. Just to reminisce, my first visit to Melaka was with him and Tal. And Tal had brought us to Muar as well.. See? how come I don't love this baby? He captured quite a big moment in my life. Although I had Hotty.. Still, Tal carried took me on wheel more because Mr J was the one driving. HAHA

So the pictures will start talking a lil bit.
This was actually to accompany him attend his best-colleague-friend wedding.

I sat at the back since he has his friend coming with us too.

I requested this one. I don't dare to drive anybody else's car.. but for some reason, I drove this baby twice, both just a short distance.
capturing me and tal. I'm sure going to miss riding on you babyboy..

So I wasn't with Mr J at Tal's final week being his son.. With my unstable emotion (the time of the month coming).. it was really hard for me to accept the fact that Tal was leaving.. I kept comforting myself their good too. A fresh start for them. Just like when I had Hotty, the feeling was hard to let Mosha go as I have been with him for almost 4 years. But different part is, Mosha is still mine despite of abg bob took him to Langkawi. Whereas for Mr J. Tal is leaving for someone new.

Tal's last day at home. He took him to shower and last drive for futsal.

Don't you think he's handsome? Ohhh he is! Badboy like villain.hahaha

and the day has come.. Tal leaving home for a new shelter and owner..

I cried so bad when he sent me Tal's pictures. It was really hard for me to see this boy leaving. Instead, Mr J comforted me not to be sad as he had to be firm of letting his son go.
what made him love Tal the most was his vtec engine. differ than mine, ivtec..

so...here's daddy and son last picture together.. I didn't cry looking at this.. but......

I CRIED FOR HALF AN HOUR FOR THIS. HIS CAPTION WAS: "MUMMY DADDY WILL MISS YOU TAL."

I WAS LIKE............................................THUNDER STORM AND HEAVY RAIN POURING ON FACE.

and if you been wondering who is Tal's new baby brother.. here you go.. I present you baby Vito..

Yes, differ from Tal and Hotty. this time Mr J decided to take Toyota Vios.

For some reasons, he told me Toyota is more economic in a long run. Why? because as for service and maintenance, Toyota is way cheaper than Honda, which I totally agree with.

For each 10k km of service up to now, I spent approximately RM350-450 for each of the service. although Honda said it's a free labor. But actually Rm30-60 of labor doesn't really affect okay? you still need to pay up to RM300. Mo sedap pakai katako.. hadap laaaaaaaa service tiptop (katako....) lagi membotakkan!!!

Whereas for Toyota, Mr J was advice the service is cheap and something like free service? (I don't know how do they define that free service. I've been deceived by Honda's free service which actually meant by free labor).. if I'm not mistaken he mentioned Toyota offered free service. So that's where Toyota is more economical than Honda in the long run.

Also one of the biggest temptation was the free gift. The free gifts upon purchase are keychain, umbrella, carpets, full tank fuel, smart tag (he said he requested and that kind agent BOUGHT as a gift), car cup holder, reverse camera.. BANYAK GILSSSS free gift whereas I only got keychain aaaaa. *teda orang tanya..* hehe mine was special case okay. Best kan gifts dia?!! cuma ndak best is he had to pay the gst for the free gifts. hahaha. I thought free gift is FREEE. rupanya bayar jugak. tapi tepa. puas hati. jangan bayar banyak pun dapat takat key chain seja. *makan dalam lagi... :p*
memang best la eh..

IF only I had the chance to chose my car.. hehehe... I know that sounds so ungrateful of me. Alhamdulillah, I was and still am grateful to have Hotty.. although I was hoping for GreyVi.. yeap. you get what you least expected.

Mr J told me the same.. "Vios...? ahhaha.. The one that I least expect." haaa.... jangan memain. the one that you least expect la yang dapat.

Toyota is a great brand..Daddy used to like Toyota and still does.. Just that back then (2005) Nissan Frontier looks more spacious compared to our Toyota Hilux (SS985E) haha.. I still remember the plate. So to accommodate us (anak-anak yang badan gajah)... so daddy decided to take Nissan since Toyota doesn't have spacious double-cab like Nissan does.

just that don't ask me about Honda and Toyota performance. I am no ample to judge. I remember my lecturer told us this, Toyota wins in terms of performance whereas Honda wins in terms of maintenance. ( i don't know how true this go.. but let's see how Mr J judges after this....)

okay, back to Vito... hehe. Mr J told he was still adapting the changes from Honda to Toyota. lain doe! ehhehhe... he said he looks so skema driving Vito. hahaha. it's because Vito does not have dark tint like his brother had.

Daddy J's new boy - Baby Vito

So Toyota Vios comes in 4 variants; J, E, G. and TRD. of course each specs come with extra finishing. His Vito is E variant. The obvious exterior differences are the headlamp, the daylight, foglamp, the side signals are at the side mirror and...... I can't recall haha.. I need time to study more on Vios. But if you ask me about City, insyaAllah I can answer you. kekekeke.

And for the interior, I think the meter kinda looks sexy. hahaha. it has the blue light which Hotty was supposed to have!!!! So because of that...I must say that light makes it sexy though.. aum!

A little bit on it's interior. He didn't give me Vito's interior. But only the one from the TRD test drive. So I'll just use this one. According to him all variants are accessorized with that touch screen thingee. Original Toyota. So this is very handy to substitute your waze and maps on mobile. Really fortunate for him to get Vito with that accessory since he always had to drive to Singapore.
The best part of Vios (i think all Toyota's).. it's keyless. Yup, you just need to bring this key with you and touch the button to switch on your engine. And to open your door, there's a small button that you just need to touch and the whole car is unlocked. How cool is that? hehehe

and basically this is how the back view looks like. No.. that is not Mr J's Vito..  I was just taking my time to digest how does Vito looks like from the back. ah...... I think white is the most handsome color for Vios and I am thankful that his Vito is white. It's an absolute handsome.
Teda kaitan yang idup atau mati. excited to see Vito's sibling's near to Hotty.
So as for Vito's review and fuel consumption.. I will update in my next entry since he still haven't finish using the whole tank. There is still a lot more to share since Vios is like a total stranger to us. But anyhow, I can slowly accept the fact that Tal is no more and Vito is born. I can't wait to see you baby V!

In the loving memory of the H's brothers.

Dear Tal, daddy and mummy will always miss and love you babyboy!

i was driving tal here and he drove hotty

I just love taking pictures like this. because you never know, what you will miss someday.. and I am grateful that I managed to capture these memory of hotty and tal.
